(including freight items) will be shipped next business day.

Return Policies

  • No returns after 30 days of purchase, No Exceptions
  • No returns on special orders or custom parts, No Exceptions
  • Customers MUST call for return merchandise authorization number & form
  • Customers are responsible for any return postage or freight to V-Max Truck Sales
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • All returned items must be in their original state in new resalable condition
  • Return products cannot be dented, scratched, or have any protective material removed
  • Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment or the start of the manufacturing process

How to Return Items to V-Max Truck Sales, LLC

For easy returns, give us a call @ 616-772-1643. We will supply the customer with an RMA number & form via fax or email that they will need to supply with the returned item(s). The supplied form MUST be included in all return parcels coming to V-Max Truck Sales. The customer is responsible for any return postage or freight charges.

Any item received in a condition that does not show signs of wear, prior assembly/installation, or attempted assembly/installation that is returned to V-Max Truck Sales within 30 days of purchase date in its original box & packing material can be returned to V-Max Truck Sales for credit or replacement. An RMA number must be given by a V-Max Truck Sales representative as no parts/merchandise can be returned to V-Max Truck Sales without prior consent.

Any item(s) received by V-Max Truck Sales without authorized RMA numbers will be discarded without notification or credit.
Any item(s) returned for credit to V-Max Truck Sales absolutely MUST be in 100% perfect, unused condition. This includes any display packaging or formed material packing material. When items arrive at V-Max Truck Sales, they will be inspected to ensure that the parts are suitable for resale. If items check out, credit will then be issued to the customer in the same fashion as they were paid. If items are not suitable for resale the customer will have the option to have the items sent back to them at their cost, or V-Max Truck Sales will dispose of them accordingly. In either case if items are not suitable for resale, V-Max Truck Sales will be unable to credit the customer for their return. Customer should purchase insurance on any returned package as V-Max Truck Sales is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are returned to our location or our vendors.

Warranty Repair/Replacement Policies

Any items carrying warranty are warrantied through the manufacturer. Warranty claims and repair claims must be made through V-Max Truck Sales LLC, not the manufacturer. V-Max Truck Sales will assist in any way practical, although the final decision is always the manufacturers.

How To Initiate A Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, simply give us a call @ 616-772-1643. A V-Max Truck Sales representative will require visual confirmation of product defects with physical return or digital pictures sent via email to sales@vmaxtrucks.com. Upon visual or physical confirmation of defects, V-Max Truck Sales will give the customer two options for warranty replacement of covered parts.

  1. For immediate replacement, the customer may purchase replacement parts at retail price, plus freight costs and await credit for the item(s). Once V-Max Truck Sales has received reimbursement from the manufacturer, V-Max Truck Sales will issue credit to the customer.
  1. The customer can await confirmation of appropriate credits to V-Max Truck Sales. When V-Max Truck Sales receives credit for the affected item(s), V-Max Truck Sales will send out replacement parts at no cost to the customer. Postage or freight charges may be required by the customer.
Some of our vendors may require any affected parts to be returned directly to them for the credit. The customer is usually required to cover postage or freight charges involved in returning the product. Customer should always purchase insurance on any returned package as neither V-Max Truck Sales or the vendor is responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
